We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Director's Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. Responsibilities
Manage the director's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients as needed.
Utilize DocuSign for document management and ensure timely completion of necessary paperwork.
Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing calls as appropriate.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Support the director with personal assistant tasks to enhance productivity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
