Registry Membership

Registry Membership is available to anyone who works or lives in Palm Beach County. The Palm Beach County Early Childhood Registry focuses on practitioner professional development, providing a system to document and acknowledge professional and educational achievements of individuals working in the field of early childhood education.

The Registry also serves as a resource for approval of quality trainers and training initiatives.

Why Join

Joining the Palm Beach County Early Childhood Registry lets you make a statement about who you are in the lives of children. Registry participation helps bring awareness regarding the status of a critical profession in our society.

You will be a member of a respected cadre of Registry approved training professionals delivering quality assured, outcomes driven training to the early childhood workforce. As a Registry approved trainer, you may be eligible to offer training to practitioners who can access SEEK scholarships to attend your training events.

Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Department of the Institute of Excellence in Early Care and Education has been created to show the effectiveness of an on-going and systematic outcomes-driven training system on the early child care and education workforce. All training is reviewed by the Quality Assurance Department prior to approval.

Become a Registry Approved Trainer

Please follow the instructions below when completing your online application.

  • Fill out all the required fields on the registry application
  • Submit copies of all college transcripts, certifications and credentials to The Palm Beach Registry by email pbregistry@thechildrensforum.com OR by fax 888-485-1106
  • Submit a current resume, 2 letters of professional reference to Katherine Johnson located at Palm Beach State College.

In addition to submitting a Trainer Application along with the outlined supporting documentation, applicants must complete required trainings. Once the application and supporting documentation is received and processed, the applicant will receive communication instructing of the next steps necessary in order to become a Registry Approved Trainer.
